Nicky Elliott is a Culinary Medicine Practitioner and Cordon Bleu-trained chef with over 20 years of experience in the fields of food, nutrition, and health. She combines the science of nutrition with the art of cooking to create simple, inspiring ways for people to support their health through food.
After graduating with distinction from Winkfield School of Food and Wine, Nicky went on to complete her Diploma in Culinary Medicine, deepening her understanding of how food can be used therapeutically to prevent and manage chronic health conditions. She is also a registered member of the Complementary Medical Association, Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners & International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine.
Nicky works one-to-one with clients to develop personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans, whether they are managing a medical condition, supporting recovery, or simply wanting to feel their best. Her proactive and supportive approach empowers people to enjoy cooking as a powerful tool for wellbeing.
